How do I post a job as an employer?

Sign up on the Jobro app or visit admin.getjobro.com. Post a job in a few minutes — describe the role, set the date, time, and pay, and we'll match you with nearby verified workers.

How do I register as a worker?

Download the Jobro app from the App Store or Google Play, create your profile, and complete Aadhaar verification. Once verified, start browsing and applying for nearby shifts.

When do workers get paid?

Payment is credited to the worker's Jobro wallet after the employer confirms shift completion. Withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days.

What happens if a worker doesn't show up?

Jobro automatically attempts to find a replacement from nearby verified workers. If no replacement is found, a refund is issued as per our Refund Policy.

Is Jobro available in my city?

Jobro is currently available in Chennai and expanding to more cities. Download the app to check availability in your area.

How do I report a problem with a shift?

Use the Issues or SOS feature inside the Jobro app — fastest way to flag any shift-related problem. You can also email support@getjobro.com.
